Christmas post timings

  • All orders placed after Tuesday 2nd December 2026 will be limited to what we have in stock on our website. Lots of items will be listed as out of stock and any personalised orders placed after this date will be posted in January.
  • Last orders for Christmas delivery are Thursday 17th December 2026 at noon GMT. All orders placed after this will be processed and posted in January.

 

General delivery information

  • Everything within the UK is posted with free 48 hour tracked Royal Mail delivery.
  • Everything within the UK has the option of 24 hour tracked Royal Mail delivery shipping available at an extra charge.
  • We aim to dispatch tea light orders within 5 days. Personalised tealights take up to 30 working days to make and send. Orders for Snowball lights can take up to 30 working days. You will receive an email confirmation when the items have been dispatched.

 

EUROPE

Import duty may be payable on orders over a certain value but as this varies from country to country we can not provide costs and suggest our buyers check before ordering.

Delivery for orders up to the weight of 0.5kg is £5.95

Delivery for orders between the weight of 0.5kg and 2kg is £10.95

Delivery for orders over the weight of 2kg is £16.75

Delivery for orders up to the weight of 2kg is £16

Delivery for orders over the weight of 2kg is £45

Cancelling your order

We operate a policy for cancellation to allow you a cooling off period after placing your order. If you are contracting as a consumer, in accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations you may cancel your order at any time without reason within 14 working days of delivery. You may cancel your order for any reason provided:

  • You or the recipient notifies us of your cancellation in writing/ e-mail to the address on Luna Lighting’s “contact us" page within fourteen working days of delivery.
  • The goods remain unused and component parts are unopened.
  • You or the recipient retain and take reasonable care of the goods until returned.
  • You return packaged item(s) to Returns at Luna Lighting Mail Order Service to the address on the "contact us" page.
